Microsoft has simply revealed some quite huge brand-new functions for its Discord combination on Xbox, and it all begins rolling out this week for members of the Xbox Insider program. Soon, Alpha Skip-Ahead and Alpha Insider rings will be able to watch pals’ Discord streams straight on Xbox, with the function to then roll out to all gamers quickly lateron.
Up above, you can see how this function will appear within the Xbox guide UI – and it looks good and smooth to our eye. What’s additional cool about this is that duetothefactthat of how perfectly incorporated Discord now is, the livestream will pop up natively on Xbox, without the requirement for another app running.

There’s another brand-new function tucked into this Discord-focused upgrade as well.
