Wildlife authorities are trying to capture a black bear that assaulted a 3-year-old woman while she was sleeping in her campingtent at a personal campingsite near Red Lodge, Montana.
The occurrence tookplace around 10 o’clock on Sunday night at Perry’s RV Park and Campground, which was left and briefly closed, as reported by Hamilton, Montana-based Ravalli Republic.
The lady was transferred to a medicalfacility in Billings where she was dealtwith, though her condition is not understood.
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks representative Chrissy Webb informed KRTV that there were attractants in the campground that contributed to the attack, however it was not understood if any were inside the campingtent.
A live trap hasactually been set in the location in hopes of catching the offensive bear.
