Japan has stated the offense of its airspace by a Chinese military spy airplane was “utterly undesirable”, a day after the nation rushed jets and summoned a Chinese embassy authorities in Tokyo in demonstration.

Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi stated the airspace breach – the veryfirst by a military airplane – was “not just a severe infraction of Japan’s sovereignty however it likewise threatens our security”.
