NEW YORK — Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase are asking a federal court to toss out suits that claim the huge banks must haveactually seen proof of sex trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein, the high-flying investor who eliminated himself in prison while dealingwith criminal charges.
