ORLANDO, Fla. — The NAACP over the weekend released a travel advisory for Florida, signingupwith 2 other civil rights groups in caution capacity travelers that current laws and policies promoted by Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida legislators are “openly hostile towards African Americans, individuals of color and LGBTQ+ people.”

The NAACP, long an supporter for Black Americans, signedupwith the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), a Latino civil rights company, and Equality Florida, a gay rights advocacy group, in releasing travel advisories for the Sunshine State, where tourist is one of the state’s biggest task sectors.
