The infractions consistof “frequent acts of extreme, approximate violence; sexual attack; embarrassment and destruction; purposeful hunger; required unclean conditions; sleep deprivation; restriction on, and punitive procedures for, spiritual praise; confiscation of all common and individual possessions; and rejection of sufficient medical treatment”.
