Penn State quarterback Drew Allar was amongst the 36 quarterbacks called on the watch list for this season’s Davey O’Brien Award.
The Davey O’Brien Award is granted to the country’s top quarterback by the Davey O’Brien Foundation. It was veryfirst granted in 1977 to the leading college football gamer in the Southwest however endedupbeing a quarterback-only award start in 1981.
