CINCINNATI — Since Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin pardoned him in a break-in case in 2019, Joheim Bandy hasactually been charged in 3 various strangulation cases and hasactually been shot, authorities stated.
Bandy, 20, was foundedguilty this week in the veryfirst case. A Kenton County jury discovered him guilty of strangulation, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief in connection with occurrences that tookplace in March and April 2022.
