A questionable strike has acquired approval in blended martial arts as the Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports on Tuesday raised the restriction on 12-6 elbows from the MMA Unified Rules.
California State Athletic Commission executive officer Andy Foster informed MMA Junkie that an ABC guidelines committee voted all to lift the restriction, which hadactually been in location consideringthat the MMA Unified Rules were produced in 2000.
