Janet Harris stated: “I do blame the health board since they needto have brought on with the consultations. “It’s dreadful to believe they might haveactually conserved my sight.” Cardiff and Vale University Health Board stated it worked to guarantee clients “were getting the suitable level of care needed for their condition”. Mrs Harris stated that in 2019 she participatedin 3 consultations to screen her eye pressure at the eye system at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. She stated she did not have another consultation upuntil December 2021, after she informed the eye system about the significant modification in her vision. “I put my hand over my left eye and understood I couldn’t see a thing,” she stated. ‘I came out of there weeping’ Following tests at the medicalfacility in the week priorto Christmas, “they verified what I currently understood, that I couldn’t see from my right eye”. “I couldn’t think it when they stated they couldn’t do anything to conserve my sight.
