The Israeli military hasactually eliminated 3 employees with the World Central Kitchen (WCK) and at least 2 other individuals in an air strike on a car in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, in what was the 3rd fatal attack on the help group this year.
The US-based charity, which runs neighborhood cookingareas in Gaza, stated it had stoppedbriefly its operations in Gaza after the attack on Saturday.
“We are sad to share that a automobile carrying World Central Kitchen coworkers was struck by an Israeli air strike in Gaza,” WCK stated in a declaration.

The Israeli military declared that it was targeting a “terrorist” who had gotinvolved in the October 7 attacks on Israel and was used by the WCK.

Earlier on Saturday, Palestinian Civil Defence representative Mahmoud Basal informed the AFP news firm that the bodies of “at least 5 dead were transferred [to hospital], consistingof the 3 workers of World Central Kitchen” following the attack.
“All 3 males worked for WCK and they were struck while driving in a WCK four-wheel drive car in Khan Younis,” Basal stated, including that the car hadactually been “marked with its logodesign plainly noticeable”.
The Israeli army did not reference the other victims of the attack, or its impact on getting food to the starving population of Gaza who rely on the Washington-based charity’s services.
Al Jazeera’s Hind Khoudary, reporting from Deir el-Balah in main Gaza, stated the attack would have tomb ramifications for the arrangement of help in Gaza.
