BOSTON — Hackers took individual information consistingof Social Security numbers, addresses and account numbers of house homeloan holders at KeyBank, the bank reports, in the breach of a third-party supplier that serves numerous business customers.
The hackers acquired the info on July 5 after breaking into computersystems at the insurancecoverage services supplier Overby-Seawell Company, according to a letter that Cleveland-based KeyBank sentout to impacted property homemortgage consumers.
