NEW YORK — The Beastie Boys are takinglegalactionagainst the momsanddad business of Chili’s in a case that implicates the chain diningestablishment of running an ad that utilized the hip-hop trio’s smash hit “Sabotage” without consent.

The rap group, in a federal case submitted Wednesday in New York, declared Brinker International produced a Chili’s advertisement that utilized substantial parts of “Sabotage” and ripped off the tune’s music video.

Brinker International did not instantly return an e-mail lookingfor remark. The court filings did not list an lawyer for Brinker.
