The leading integrity and compliance services provider within the regulated gaming industry, Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), has announced the appointment of Jon Russell, a former Betway Group director and past chair of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), as its newest senior adviser.
Russell brings a wealth of expertise to the role, gained from nearly three decades in the betting and gaming industry.
Russell’s career highlights include over a decade at Betway, where he started as a global head of trading in 2013.
In this position, which he held for nine years and 10 months, he managed and organized the company’s multi-jurisdiction Sports Trading function during its rapid growth and expansion.
Between August 2023 and August 2024, Russel advanced to the director position, focusing on “developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance performance, growth, and innovation across the business.”
While helping the Super Group-owned firm grow, Russel also chaired the IBIA from 2019 to 2024 from its headquarters in Brussels, overseeing efforts to uphold integrity in sports betting.
