Oct. 6 (UPI) — Two young teens were apprehended late Saturday night for the attack of previous New York Gov. David Paterson.
Police charged a 12-year-old youngboy with gang attack in the 2nd degree and a 13-year-old kid with gang attack in the 3rd degree, a representative for the NYPD stated in an emailed declaration. Their names were not launched since they are minors.
Paterson, 70, and his 20-year-old stepson, Anthony Sliwa, suffered “some injuries” after an run-in on Friday night however were able to battle off their assaulters.
At the time, it was reported that Paterson and Sliwa hadactually been in a spoken battle with as numerous as 5 individuals. The scenarios of the argument were not understood. It was not rightaway clear if cops mean to make evenmore arrests.
Sliwa is the child of Curtis Sliwa, a previous mayoral prospect
