Ohio State toppled down the 5th College Football Playoff rankings of 2024, however some fans didn’t believe it was as long adequate a fall as wasworthyof.
The Buckeyes’ Saturday loss to archrival Michigan sentout the program from 2nd to 6th in the rankings behind schools like Oregon, Texas, Penn State, Notre Dame and Georgia.
However, Miami suffered an even more ruthless fall out of the 2024 College Football Playoff bracket totally after suffering its 2nd loss to a muchbetter group in Syracuse than Ohio State had in its 2nd loss to Michigan.
Some folks, especially SEC fans, felt this was an unfair positioning for the Buckeyes and desired to see Ohio State evenmore down the rankings after the Michigan defeat.
