Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class could soon see its first five-star prospect commit to the program. Standout safety Bralan Womack has placed the Aggies in the top four program list, joining Ohio State, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Any time news regarding a highly ranked defensive prospect comes out, it’s never a surprise if the Aggies are involved, especially in the secondary. Coach Mike Elko’s background in developing cornerbacks and safeties, as current star CB Will Lee III, looks like a round NFL draft pick once he declares after the 2025 season.

Womack has been on the Aggies’ radar since Elko offered him last May, while the incoming senior visited College Station during Texas A&M’s 38-23 comeback win over LSU this season.
