For a third year, East Coast markets control Realtor.com’s hot zip code list as the top zip code this year is 14618 in Brighton, N.Y., situated in Rochester, New York’s third-largest city location. It has a median listing rate of a house at $275,000 and typical listing of 6 days on the market.
Hale stated besides price, this year’s top 10 zip code areas are a coupleof hours away significant city and drawingin purchasers from Boston, New York City and Washington, D.C.
