Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines has flashed his speed more than once throughout his period using the horseshoe, and we simply got another pointer of that speed.
During one of his offseason exercise leading up to training camp, Hines took a video of himself striking 23.8 miles per hour on an “Assault Runner” treadmill, which varies from a normal treadmill duetothefactthat the maker doesn’t set the speed—the professionalathlete does.
