Texas broad receiver Xavier Worthy broke the NFL Scouting Combine 40-yard dash record Saturday, finishing the drill in a blazing 4.21 seconds.
It was an unbelievable run that even left NFL gamers are astonished, ending John Ross’ seven-year reign as the record-holder. As this cool simulcam video reveals, Worthy edged Ross’ 2017 time of 4.22 seconds by a hair. But it was far from anticipated.
DraftKings had +425 chances for the record to be damaged, with -650 chances that it would stand. That indicates Worthy’s run provided a coupleof gamblers a great return on their cash.

However, though it was notlikely for the record to fall, it was constantly likely for Worthy to be the one to do it if it did occur. Worthy’s +600 chances to run the fastest 40 this year were 2nd just to Texas Tech’s Tyler Owens, who was notable to total the drill.
