Expanding its luxury offering to include residential properties, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of its first standalone residences in Beverly Hills. The development, designed by acclaimed architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, introduces a new level of luxury living in Los Angeles and is a significant milestone for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
The residences, located on the historic site of the Friars Club on South Santa Monica Boulevard, comprise 17 individually crafted homes and a series of meticulously designed shared spaces. The five-story building combines timeless architecture with modern luxuries, aiming to provide a personalized lifestyle that embod
