Week 8 of the 2025 UFL season came to a close with the Arlington Renegades traveling to the nation’s capital to take on the DC Defenders at Audi Field on Sunday.
The Defenders came away victorious in the dramatic affair, winning 33-30 thanks to an interception on the game’s final play. DC improved to 6-2 with the win, clinching a playoff spot. Arlington dropped to 3-5, eliminating it from playoff contention.
