The department stated Friday that its upgraded export controls are focusing on these locations duetothefactthat China can usage the chips, supercomputers and semiconductors to produce innovative military systems consistingof weapons of mass damage; dedicate human rights abuses and enhance the speed and precision of its military choice making, preparation, and logistics.
