Oyster Casserole

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your preferred Asian treats in stir frenchfries or marinades.
Ingredients
- ½ onion, chopped
- 100g enoki mushrooms, cut
- 2 tsp chilli oil
- 750g fresh oysters
- Coriander leaves, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 30g garlic, sliced
- 3 tablespoon PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Gluten Free
- Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Kwangtung Cooking whitewine
Method
- Mix the garlic with the flavoring and drizzle with chilli oil.
- Fry the onion in a pan upuntil soft, include enoki mushrooms and oyster meat.
- Spread the spices sauce on the oyster meat, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with coriander.
