GLENDALE, Ariz. — Taylor Swift opened her U.S. show series with a three-hour trip of her profession.
Swift kicked off the veryfirst performance of the 52-date Eras Tour with a six-song set from her album “Lover” on Friday night at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, where the Super Bowl was played a month earlier.
“I wear’t understand how to address the method this is making me feel right now,” Swift, who hasn’t visited giventhat 2018, stated early in the program.
She ended the performance with a seven-song set from her newest album “Midnights,” closing with the tune “Karma.”
In inbetween she played clusters of tunes from most of her albums — and simply one, “Tim McGraw,” from her 2006 self-titled launching. In the end it took 44 tunes and simply over 3 hours for her to period her 17-year profession.
