The pipeline’s owner, TC Energy Corp. of Calgary, Alberta, stated Saturday that it had “completed functional changes.” The Canadian business alerted its clients through an electronic system that it was lifting the force majeure it had stated on Friday. The agreement term enables the pipeline to reduce shipment since of forces outdoors the owner’s control.
