The news veryfirst came from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, mentioning a source.
Schultz had chose to sit out the last week of voluntary OTAs in an effort to prod agreement settlements with the club. The Cowboys positioned the franchise tag on Schultz back in March as a method to protected the fifth-year experienced’s services. He signed a tender locking in a 2022 wage of $10.93 million if a brand-new offer isn’t reached by July 15.
According to Pelissero, “talks have chose up in current days.” Though absolutelynothing is obviously impending, there’s been adequate motion, obviously, to motivate the Stanford alum to report for the three-day obligatory session.
