USFL Week 6 live updates: Birmingham Stallions vs. Michigan Panthers

There are some fantastic matches on the schedule in Week 6 of the USFL, and we’ve got you covered with all the action from a Saturday slate that consistsof a set of contests.

First, the Memphis Showboats (3-3) won their 3rd straight videogame, this one in dominant style with a 22-0 nothing of the Pittsburgh Maulers (2-4).

Next, the Birmingham Stallions (3-2) and Michigan Panthers (2-3) are conference up, with the Panthers lookingfor their veryfirst house win at Detroit’s Ford Field.

Birmingham Stallions vs. Michigan Panthers

Big play for Michigan!

A huge toss from Josh Love and a stunning catch from Trey Quinn resulted in 3 points for the Panthers early in the veryfirst quarter. 

Alex McGough hurried 24 backyards to set the Stallions up for their 2nd field objective of the afternoon. 

Birmingham went up 6-3 midway through the 2nd quarter. 

McGough turns absolutelynothing into a TD!

When there appeared to be absolutelynothing takingplace in the red zone for the Stallions, McGough utilized his movement to his benefit, killing time in order to discover ZaQuandre White for the 18-yard goal. 

Birmingham headed into the half up 13-3. 

Michigan makes it intriguing!

Love led a 13-play, 77-yard drive, the Panthers’ longest goal drive of the season, for their veryfirst goal of the day. Cole Hikutini captured Love’s 11-yard goal pass, constricting Birmingham’s lead to 13-10.

McGough put the Panthers on his back!

Once onceagain, McGough got innovative and discovered another open receiver, CJ Marable, for a brief goal reception, putting the Panthers back up by 2 ownerships, 20-10 early in the 4th quarter.

MICHIGAN FORCES A FUMBLE!

On the veryfirst play of Birmingham’s drive, Michigan’s Frank Ginda required a fumble, offering the Panthers the ball on the Stallion’s 20-yard line. 

The Panthers didn’t rating the goal they were yearning for, however got a field objective, making it a one-possession videogame, 20-13 midway through the 4th.

McGough, the hazard, ratings onceagain!

Putting the videogame on ice, McGough scored his 3rd goal of the day on a 10-yard rush to the end zone. The Stallions were up 27-13 with less than 4 minutes left in the 4th.
