Things got heated throughout week 2 in the “Love Island USA” Fiji vacationhome — in a bad method, for the most part.

‘Love Island’ doubled Bergie’s lifetime kiss count

I wouldn’t be shocked if Bergie was hearing weddingevent bells ringing in his ears. He’s foundout that Carmen desires to relocation back to Wisconsin in a coupleof years to start a household there, sees herself having 4 kids and delightsin all 4 seasons. All green flags for Bergie; what more might he ask for?
Maybe a less confrontational roomie than Carmen’s rejected partner, Victor, to start.
Unfortunately, Bergie’s mission for a relationship with Carmen didn’t work out. After he persuaded the group to keep her over Victor following their expose as the public’s least preferred couple, Carmen pulled another friend-zone card out of her pocket for Bergie.
“I can constantly get a date with the woman. I simply can’t get the stimulate and pursue a romantic connection,” Bergie stated. “I constantly get into the goodfriend zone. Why does this keep occurring?”

So when she pulled Bergie, not Victor, in for a kiss throughout the “Lost Spark” obstacle, Victor began spiraling.
“I understand he’s no competitors for me, for us. I understand that,” he firmlyinsisted.
By Episode 8, things were over inbetween Carmen and Victor, who she saw as assaulting her connection with Bergie.
