SEC Files Sealed Motion Against Binance Exchange

On August 29, reports emerged relatingto a considerable relocation by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) versus Binance. The SEC’s action includes a sealed movement submitted with the District Court of the District of Columbia, askingfor authorization to send files under seal.
