A judge minimized Rosemary Hayne’s prison sentence after she concurred to work in a fast-food diningestablishment for 20 hours a week for 8 and a half weeks.

A female in Ohio who tossed a burrito bowl at a Chipotle employee and was foundedguilty of attack hasactually been sentenced to an uncommon penalty that consistsof working in quick food for 2 months.
Back in September, throughout a supper rush and while a diningestablishment in Parma was short-staffed, Emily Russell, then the shop supervisor, stated she made and then remade an order for Rosemary Hayne.
Hayne was not pleased with the last item. In a video shared commonly online, she can be seen screaming at Russell before tossing the burrito bowl at her face.
“I didn’t anticipate it at all,” stated Russell,26 “I simply blinked and there was sour cream leaking from my hair.”
Eventually, somebody called the cops, Russell stated.
Judge Timothy Gilligan of Parma Municipal Court sentenced Hayne to 180 days in prison, with 90 days suspended, court records program.
The judge used her a opportunity to lower her sentence, with a catch — 60 of those days would be suspended if she worked 20 hours a week for 8 1/2 weeks (or 60 days) at a fast-food diningestablishment, stated Joseph O’Malley, Hayne’s attorney.
