MEXICO CITY — A panel of Supreme Court justices in Mexico ruled Wednesday versus President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s guidelines that preferred the state-owned electrical power business over personal power business.
The five-judge panel authorized a resolution stating the president’s technique breaches constitutional warranties of complimentary competitors in the power sector.
