Charred Chilli Oil Squid & Prawn Spaghetti
By: WellBeing Team
“When it comes to pasta, absolutelynothing beats spaghetti, stacked high and abundant. A great whack of garlic and lemon assists brighten the charred chilli oil, and the salted seafood rounds out the chilli heat. The somewhat smoky and roasted flavours of the charred chilli bounce off the buttery well-rounded notes of the chardonnay and work together to raise this easy pasta.” Jessie Spiby
