The probe comes after a video clip was published by a conscript, who stated he was kicked in the back by a responsibility officer, according to Col Ritcha Suksuwanont, an army representative. He stated that after the clip went viral, the army validated the event took location on April 5. The conscript had slipped out of the barracks and returned hours lateron intoxicated.
