Swiss Chard Tart with Pesto

This contemporary twist on the traditional Swiss chard tart (cholera) brings a modern method to conventional flavours. The fragile layers of filo pastry integrated with a dynamic Swiss chard pesto develop a wonderful mouth-watering tart best for a advanced lunch or supper.
Ingredients
- 8 sheets filo pastry
- 2 cups Swiss chard, sliced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ cup Gruyère cheese
