Former Michigan State University head football coach Mel Tucker is takinglegalactionagainst the university and school leaders, declaring that they wrongfully fired him last year and broke his constitutional rights after he was implicated of sexual harassment.

The federal claim submitted Wednesday in Michigan implicates school authorities of endeavor an “improper, sham examination” of accusations that Tucker sexually bugged and madeuseof rape survivor and activist Brenda Tracy.

The fit, which looksfor undefined damages, declares that Michigan State authorities broke his rights to due procedure and equivalent defense as well as his work contract with the school.

Nassar was a Michigan State sports medicalprofessional as well as a physician at Indianapolis-based USA Gymnastics. He is serving years in jail for attacking woman professionalathletes, consistingof medal-winning Olympic gymnasts, under the guise of treatment.
