The scientists overview when and how to do that in a method that constructs morepowerful relationships, groups, and organizational culture. Bradley and Greer are coauthors, with Michigan Ross teacher Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks, of the HBR post “When Your Employee Feels Angry, Sad, or Dejected.”
