Tyler, The Creator simply revealed his brand-new album, CHROMAKOPIA, coming in less than 2 weeks. He tweeted that the album’s authorities release date is on October 28.
All the music snobs out there reading this are mostlikely raising a eyebrow since of that release date. It’s a bit of an curiosity.
October 28 is a Monday. The requirement release time for most albums these days hasactually been on Friday for the bulk of the last years to avoid piracy on international music releases.
Tyler is deviating from a music market requirement by launching his album on a Monday.
But, for fans of his who’ve been following him for years, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. Tyler discussed in an interview with Nardwaur last year why he idea Monday music releases would be muchbetter than Fridays.
