- 1 tsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
- Salt & sugar, to taste
- 1g sugar
- 30g ginger, chopped
- 1g baking soda
- 15g scallion, sliced
- 30mL water
- 5g garlic, sliced
- PRB Bprovided Sesame Oil, to taste
- Red chilli pieces, to garnish

- 5g cornstarch
