Dec. 6 (UPI) — The most major charge dealingwith Daniel Penny, whose usage of a chokehold aboard a New York City train train resulted in another male’s death, was dismissed Friday after jurors in his trial deadlocked twotimes.
Prosecutors petitioned Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley to dismiss a murder charge versus Penny after jurors were twotimes notable to reach a decision on the count, and the judge concurred, according to numerous reports.
