GRAFTON, W.Va. — A coal miner passedaway Friday, almost a week after being hurt on the task in northern West Virginia, authorities stated.
Colton Walls, 34, of Bruceton Mills, was hurt while working as a longwall electricalcontractor at the underground Leer Mining Complex ran by Arch Resources in Grafton, Gov. Jim Justice stated in a declaration. According to the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration, the occurrence occurred Sept.28
Walls is endured by his betterhalf, Jonda, and 3 kids, Justice stated.
