The kids, aged inbetween one and 3, were assaulted with a knife in a park in the Alpine area on Thursday. Prosecutors stated the actions of Syrian-born Abdelmasih Hanoun, who they referred to as Abdelmasih H, did not appear connected to terrorism. The suspect, 31, stayed quiet in authorities interviews, districtattorneys stated. He has not been workingtogether with detectives – in reality, he has declined to interact with them and hasactually invested much of the last 48 hours curled up in the corner of his cell. Police had to physically bring him to his short hearing priorto a judge on Saturday, where he was officially put under examination for tried murder. He will stay in custody.
