MOSCOW — An worldwide style onlineforum in Moscow has brought together designers from Brazil, China, India, South Africa and other nations, an occasion that highlighted Russia’s shift away from the West amidst the battling in Ukraine.

The onlineforum that covered up earlier this month was called BRICS+ Fashion Summit 2023, a recommendation to the BRICS organizing that consistsof Russia, Brazil, India, China and South Africa.
