BRASILIA, Brazil — Brazil’s President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Friday revealed some of the dealswith that will makeup his inbound administration, consistingof his much-awaited choice for financing minister: previous Sao Paulo mayor Fernando Haddad.
