CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A coal miner was eliminated on the task in West Virginia on Friday night, Gov. Jim Justice stated.
The Republican guv stated Gary Chapman, 33, of South Williamson, Kentucky, passedaway after being hurt at the Mountaineer II Mine near Sharples, West Virginia.
