At least 47 individuals have passedaway as downpours in southern China’s Guangdong province triggered devastating flooding and landslides, according to state media.

State broadcaster CCTV stated on Friday that another 38 individuals were validated dead in Meizhou city, including to the 9 who were formerly understood to have passedaway in the exactsame place.
