TOKYO — Japan’s economy eked out an yearly rate of 0.9% development in the July-September duration as customer costs held up, federalgovernment information revealed Friday.

The world’s fourth-largest economy grew 0.2% in the financial 2nd quarter, marking the 2nd straight quarter of growth, following 0.5% development in April-June.
