LAS VEGAS — Thousands of hospitality union employees on the Las Vegas Strip have reached a tentative offer with the Venetian and Palazzo resorts, a veryfirst for staffmembers at the stretching Italian-inspired complex that opened 25 years ago and rapidly endedupbeing a Sin City landmark.
The Culinary Workers Union revealed Tuesday on the social platform X that the offer came together around 6: 30 a.m. after a year of settlements. It covers over 4,000 hotel and gamblingestablishment employees, from housemaids and mixeddrink servers to bartenders and porters.
In a brief video shared by the union, a maid at the Venetian stated the pending agreement is evidence that “things modification if we really voice our issue and have a group of individuals that back us up.”
