NEW YORK — With persistent inflation and greater expenses, layoffs at little services are often a need.
U.S.-based companies revealed 64,789 cuts in April, down 28% from 90,309 cuts revealed in March, according to a report by international outplacement and organization and executive training company Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc.
But Andrew Challenger, senior vice president at the firm, stated he anticipates more cuts going forward.
