LONDON — Monty Norman, a British author who composed the style tune for the James Bond movies, has passedaway. He was 94.
A declaration published Monday on Norman’s authorities site stated: “It is with unhappiness we share the news that Monty Norman passedaway on 11th July 2022 after a brief healthproblem.”
Born Monty Noserovitch to Jewish momsanddads in the East End of London in 1928, Norman got his veryfirst guitar when he was16 He carriedout with huge bands and in a range double act with comic Benny Hill priorto composing tunes for early British rockers Cliff Richard and Tommy Steele and composi
